1. What are you saying, Mr. tabloid
We all know too well the terror unleashed by the US military in this
criminal war... and an "election" is just lipstick on a pig... so then
what do you want to discuss. This is general discussion, and you just
posted a website link... does that make you feel good that your country
is involved in this colonial invasion? What is your political purpose?

3. Welcome to DU, the american loyal opposition
The parliamentary labour party will likely get reelected for the same
war crimes as well... and you yourself might be a libdem voter. Should
americans log on to liberal democratic boards and rail them on the
war crimes of their labour coalition partners... rightly so, but
the democratic party is no coalition partner of the nazi republicans.

We who know the american right intimately know that they are an ugly
and barbaric people, who will fight more wars, as many as they can to
keep defense spending at cold war levels. Think of them as like
the parliamentary tory party in the decline of the british empire,
refusing to admit to imperial overstretch, rather justifying war crimes
to clench their petty grasp on power.

Think of them like Germany's Bismark who created a series of false
wars for political purposes, which later led to the system of alliances
that created world war 1. In historic cases where a powerful empire
embarks on colonial war crimes, they attempt to re-write history,
much as how the british empire did with its own heinous atrocities,
and we can see history repeating itself once again.

You must as well, recognize, that whilst the web might show the
criminals for what they are, in violation of their own nurenmburg
rhetoric, the mainstream american media do nothing of the sort. They,
like the BBC did in the run up to the war, present a pro-government
position universally, that the average citizen who does not read
websites, is unaware of the crimes... and being thousands of miles
away, working to feed ones family, does not care... CAN not care about
what they do not know about.

Be nice to the american opposition. We're your friends. We share
your outrage, and understand your need to vent... just not at us
please.... its those other bastards, the american torys, who've
hyjakked the constitution and use it as toilet paper... smearing
brown excrement all over the rights and nobility of a grand illusion.
