2. About candidacy: "It could happen" |
|
It's the first time I have heard him say something other than "I haven't decided yet." Not much new, he was on after Kerry. Kerry is really dislikable. I watched it with a room full of people. They didn't like him, but I have felt this way too since MTP.
Overall good show. :donut:

5. Better than Kerry, I thought, though both were fine |

The more I see of Clark, the more I like him.

8. It was a non-event. He didn't do especially well, nor did he say anything |
|
particularly unsettling. It lasted only a few minutes, & Matthews mainly asked him about whether Clark felt there were enough troops in Iraq. Then came the "Are you running" question, & Clark of course played coy again.
If you missed it, you really missed almost nothing.

10. I thought he was articulate |
|
and he did well. His respond that "it could happen" to a candidacy was most positive to date. I happend to think that tweety is a dolt, however he appears to like Clark and does not treat him as harshly as other candidates, anything or anybody that lets him get his message out is a good day, his critical view of * is potent. I was very glad to be able to see it.

11. Richm is anti everything and everyone. |
|
I have not seen him make an argument for a candidate or for something new. All I have seen is Clark sucks (all the time), and positions that if looked at together are interesting. I am not sure that his Clark commentary can be taken seriously anymore.

12. People like tweety . . . |
|
... people who didn't serve but base their personas on macho swagger, are so intimidated by anything in uniform they probably salute their mailmen.
A phenomenon Clark can use to his advantage, of course.
