My best fried from childhood to today (and one of the smartest people I know) has always voiced conservative leanings. Mostly I think he does it because, he thinks, it makes him sound tough. Before and during the war we would get into yelling matches about the situation. I was over to his house for some gaming Saturday and as we sat outside smoking he nearly knocked me off my chair. He asked me what I thought of the UN bombing. I said it's was a tragedy and it's only getting uglier over there. Then he replied, don't you think we did it? Now, I'm not sure who was behind the bombing, but for him to make a statement like this was amazing. The worm has really turned on this whole mess.
