Did one of the Texas Dems cave in?
The guy I work with said that one of the Tex 11 caved, and moved back home, and said he would not resist if they call another special session.

Any truth to that? I can't find anything.

They're going to a court hearing in Laredo first (today?) and then home.

No word yet on when (or whether) Gov. Rick "DeLay's Bitch" Perry will call special session #3.
