Will Bush go easy on "outsourcing" to get troops from India?

With jobs of all kinds being outsourced to India, I'm just wondering. Would Bush ignore any attempt to stem the tide? Bush is in hot water over Iraq and needs those 20,000 troops from India. Would he look the other way on the outsourcing issue to get the troops? I think so.

...because we don't turn Republican as soon as we make a few bucks.
The New Economy really scares the engulf-and-devour crowd.

But he can't open up the floodgates to outsourcing
any more than they already are.

It could work the other way though.
Since India won't help, he might push for curbs in ousourcing in retaliation.
Not likely though. He'd get too much static from all the businesses doing the outsourcing.
