Moseley Braun
ok, this always seems to happen. I go out and search for the front runner (Dean in this case), fully expecting to get caught up in the hoopla and not be the last one to recognize what others do, then *smack*! run right into another person I support more, but who has 0 chance...

yes, Carol Moseley Bruan is now my favorite in the current camp of contenders.

And I told myself I wouldn't do this again!

She isn't the best orator, doesn't have the firey campaign slogans or the brow beating, and tries her best to slam Bush but just comes across as too nice. Her intelligence is obvious and her passion for this country abundant. I like her views and her demeanor, and she strikes me as the perfect alternative to Bush and, truthfully, most of the other Dems, including Dean, who seem like traditional remanufactured politicians.

So, am I the lone CMB supporter here? :)

14. Yeah, we're on the same wavelength (both points)
Hence my expression of concern- maybe I've been watching too many Mutant Bug movies on SciFi lately...

Also think a lot of Kucinich. It is difficult when folks one agrees with so much are fighting such an uphill battle. But, thank goodness, fight they do!

They will pave the way, make the road a little easier for the next person.

6. You're not alone
From what I know and have seen so far, I would be honored to vote for her. She's a real Dem. If you want to help her, you should get involved ASAP in her campaign- are you? PM me for a few pointers if you want ok? She deserves more support.

any of the other candidates. She's a moderate liberal like me. I would love to see her advise Wesley Clark on domestic policy.

If bush doesn't manage to steal the election, she will be a part of the next administration.

Go Carol Mosely-Braun!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, you're not alone. I wish Dean would pre-announce a cabinet and that
a bunch of "The Nine" would be on it, especially CM-B.

18. I liked her plain talking style when she
was in the senate.

I think she was attacked because she was truly a voice for the voiceless.

21. Love her
Saw her recently on ??? (can't remember). She is sooooo impressive. Ashamed to say it is the first time I have seen her speak since she has been running.

Although she has no chance, I am glad she is making herself known. She has many good things to say. When the time is right for a Black woman, she should be a great candidate.

22. So far so good
I admit that she has exceeded my expectations, but living in IL during her six years in the Senate, I can say that she was a TERRIBLE Senator, aka, Carol Mostly Fraud.

23. We all love her, her is why we don't support her...
Just like AAEdwards, Sharpton and her she is usually seen as too inexperienced to be a good contender. Most notably her lose in the Senate seat after only serving a single term is devestating, and Ambassador doesn't really get people excited.

She's an exceelent speaker, has a great smile and presence, as well as tells the blunt TRUTH (I love her bush bashing)!

I'm hoping she gets a VP nod. (Kerry/Braun, Clark/Braun would be my dream). If not at least stay active in politics and get back into Illinois.
