Anybody see Al Franken on the Daily Show? |
|
The imitation of Bush in the flight suit was great! He also suggested how the famous "flight suit video" could be used as a Dem commercial for the campaigns. He was great! He didn't pull any punches ...went after Faux, Limbaugh...he was in rare form tonight!

Just suggested a good campaign commercial for the Dem nominee to use, suggested Kerry. Show clip of * in flight suit, cut to Kerry (or whomever) saying something to the effect of "sometimes it's fun to dress up and play make believe, but when * had a chance to be a REAL fighter pilot he had his daddy get him into the TANG and then he went AWOL for a year", etc, etc

8. In his latest book, (LATLLWTT)... |
|
...Franken suggested that Kerry (or whomever) appear in that ad dressed in a pirate costume with a parrot on his shoulder.

12. No, Stewart just came back from a 2 week vacation |
|
He said he only takes half of what W takes for vacation because since he lives in NYC, he doesn't have has much brush to clear.

10. No Rerun, it was great |
|
caught it twice, once at 10, and again at 12 (Central time)
Always in rare form ?? ok it's late, best not to think too hard about that.
Loved his imitation of a FAUX commentator "F***IN TRAITOR"
between Franken and the candidates' debate. . . I haven't enjoyed TV this much in years.
