He's discussing the Patriot Act right now.

And his response to the question about the CA recall, quoted from memory, not a transcript:

"Well, this is Gray Davis paying for George Bush' ______(I missed that word)." Details about the Enron scandal. A firm "I oppose" to the recall. And "I hope everyone will realize that this is just another example of the White House working to destabilize the electoral process. It's happening everywhere."
