4. To be frank...

And you know I love your stuff, but...I think this one is much less likely to be successful than the others, for the following reasons:

1) The causal relationship between the cowboy attitude and 9/11 is not intuitive for most Americans and I think it would take a very long time to lead people there. I think Michael Moore did the best job of it that could be done in *Bowling for Columbine,* and it took him a good 10 minutes. I just don't think you can get people to make the same leap in 15 seconds.

2) Given that you can't actually lay out the logic behind this, it will just look like you're trying to ignore reality (what he's saying 9/11 happened because Bush said 'bring 'em on'? He's got the dates backward! Is he lying or just crazy?).

3) I think that shot of the planes into the towers is shocking in a BAD way. I mean I know people are used to it, but still, you want to avoid the charge of exploiting 9/11 (they do it all the time, I know, I know) just for shock effect.

The other ones I really like and I think they work very well, but I dunno about this one.
