Should we have a separate board for election 2004? |

you really can't have a general discussion any more because all the dean and clark posts knock verything else off page 1.
And let me add - I'd settle for filters for headers so I can filter out anything that says Dean or Clark.

1. Might not be a bad idea, but how much work is it for the Admins? |

They work for free remember.
On edit: and by the way, I am so proud of you spelling separate correctly. ;)

2. After it's decided who the Dem nominee is, the quality of discussion in |
|
GD will probably improve greatly. Going into the '04 election, there will probably be tension & fear here -- but it will be harmonious!

3. But why wait until then |
|
all that talk is essentially SPAM anyway... Why suffer through it anymore? Why not just route all that spam into another forum where people can see it if they want to.

4. IMHO, no. Because the primary needs as much press as possible. (n/t) |

9. Then put some folks on ignore. |
|
Put me on ignore, then you won't have to read my pro-Dean "spam". Put 1/2 of DU on ignore and you won't have to read theirs either. Then you can put the Kerry/Clark/Kucinich supporters on ignore and you won't have any DU "spam" at all to read. :hi:

10. Btw, it's the bashing of *all* candidates that I have a problem with |
|
It is drowning out what the candidates are actually proposing and distorting them. Maybe not the bashing, but distortions. Sort of like calling threads on a candidate "spam".
