to read the morning headlines because of the insane news that incorporates the top half of the DU news posts:

- dem senators in 'Kaleeforneeya' allow the republican senators to pass an insane resolution to make Davis apologize for the accent remark. The dems have a majority in the Calif senate - and because 19 dems abstained - they allowed the republicans to have their propaganda day. (do the democrats really believe that when the Calif legis goes republi that the republicans will allow them to do anything, anything at all?)

- Bush wants law enforcement hands 'untied' and wants Patriot II to pass.

- Berlusconi explains that moussolini never killed anyone. He was really just a real fun guy who sent lots of people on fun vacations. Berlusconi is Bush's favorite pig farm guest (after Condaleeza).

-- Jeb Bush caught red-handed avoiding a scandal till after he stole the 2002 election and nothing shall be done about it.

Should I log out and come back tomorrow? Will the world have returned to revolving on its axis? Will we have our country back?

Or are these stories the real spirit behind 9/11, and so it is the perfect day to unveil them, in memory of those who gave their lives in NYC who made ALL THIS POSSIBLE?
