BBV: when is the book coming out?

What is the status of the book? It sounds like it's completed, but on the other hand the story is obviously developing so it's understandable that it will need to be revised. But on yet another hand, specific shipping dates have been promised, implying that there is an actual finished book that's being sold.

The current shipping date is Sept., is that date going to be met? There's 3 weeks left in Sept.
