1. I hope the Democrats are working the Grassroots....
Registering people. Getting an Army to move voters on election day.

This is how the GOP took Georgia. Polls mean nothing when you have GOP corporations sponsoring grassroots efforts.

3. Ditto on Capt Sunshine's post
Here in the Central Valley we have been mobilized for weeks, pulling every volunteer that's ever signed up with the local Democrats anywhere within the last two millinia. We've been registering voters, putting volunteers to work walking precincts, phone banking, attending rallies, setting up tabling and fliering opportunities -- the works. If we lose this one it won't be for lack of grass-roots mobilization.

5. People-powered grass roots.
Hey, corporations and Confederate flag-lovers can fuel a "surprise" grass roots uprising, but so can workers organizations, civil rights groups and progressives at large. We're at work!

2. OUR EFFORTS ARE BEARING FRUIT
I note the poster aboves hope we are workingthe grass roots.

My friend, we have ground troops in place everywhere with coordinated efforts of the State Democratic Party and Congress of Trade Unions, we are working phone banks 7-10 hours per day staewide, we are canvassing neighborhoods, we are registering voters at shopping malls, we are writing vociferously to the LOE sections of any and ALL local papers, and have enlisted the help of nationally prominent democrats such as Howard Dean and Bill Clinton.

these efforts are paying off! Today's LA Times poll shows the vote EVEN ! we have made up a deficit of 8 points in less than six weeks!

We'll show those carpetbagging sonsabitches they can't come in here and steal OUR state!
:nuke:

4. Thank you!
I'll be registering voters at a dance club on Saturday night! Phone banking ahead! Everyone needs to call up their local labor council of Democratic Party and get active. A sustained mobilization is key in the coming weeks.
