Hardball: Should Hillary Run?
Edited on Fri Sep-12-03 06:03 PM by Cush
Tweety said the current Dem's are "weak".

right now they are talking about the poll numbers, Dickey Armey isn't worried about the polls

1. Doesn't Matthes have any other ideas?

Dude has had what? 20 shows about Hillary? He's either obsessed with her or just trying to drum up ratings. Either way screw him.

7. Yes
they said in the opener he'd be on, they listed him first but I guess he'll be on later, but he will be on at some point in the hour

12. To my way of thinking
Tweety was showing just how freaked out the repugs really are. Calling the dems weak, trying to make Bush's downward slide look better than it really is, and of course, bringing out the big guns, HILLARY! Misdirection, Misdirection!!!

Look, I adore Hillary and would be thrilled to vote for her as president, but I truly believe this is not her time. I wish it was, but she really must keep her word to New York and complete her term as Senator. I also believe she knows this. But she makes such great fodder for the repugs. They would LOVE her to run now. Then they could crank up the Anti Clinton garbage...hell they could just recycle all the garbage they threw out at our last really and truly elected President. They could use all their anti Hillary rhetoric to pull eyes off Dubya. They did such a good job trashing her before, that many Americans still have not seen past the trash and way too many Americans have a really bad feeling about her.

I am rambling here and not even saying what I want to say. I just feel like a Hillary run would not be in her best interest right now and would probably benefit Dubya greatly....I hope that makes sense coming from someone who greatly admires Hillary and is waiting impatiently for the right time for her to be our President.

anyway, tweety was just showing how desperate the repugs are getting. IMHO.
