Clear Channel will probably just make stations with weak signals the liberal talk stations and Limpbaugh will remain on the powerful stations

1. If it is the Fairness Doctrine we had before, no. Each station was
responsible for airing contrasting viewpoints. Not just one station had to air one viewpoint another had to air another viewpoint, this is not the fairness doctrine- totally different animal if that is what they are talking about.
