So the Legislative Branch & the Judicial Branch will go head to head
in the Schiavo case, it looks like.

What will Delay do when the Judge rules that the federal law just hastily thrown together is bullshit and that Congress has no jurisdiction to interfere?

Will he blow a gasket or something?

2. Judging from past experience
He would say that voters need to keep voting republican so that activist judges stop interfereing with a federal power grab over individual rights and state courts.

That's always going to be the lesson from a judge ruling the Delay is acting constitutionally, until the day he does away with that voting thing altogether.
