Isn't this entirely contrary to Repub-fundie-think? I mean, they are always spouting this "husband and wife should be totally dedicated to each other" and "the husband's decisions are final" stuff? I am stunned that the Pubs want to buck the judicial branch like this. So Tom - what do you want? The elimination of the judicial branch? Or just that the courts are relevant only when they make decisions that you agree with? Tom - you are one sad, disgusting example of the human race.
