How to stop terrorist Bush government?
Edited on Sat Sep-13-03 07:40 AM by Charlls

I know....
Pinochet was already freed from the jurisdiction of International Court,

but Milosevic wasnt, and the Nuremberg tribunal showed nazis weren't off the scope of law either,

I think there is a solid case against Bush and Blair for crime wars and genocide.

I know its impossible to start a prosecution right now while they keep power of their respective countries, but i think there are enough evidencies, the thing is to collect them and organize a case

i think there is enough to bring them down

1. Wanna stop `em?

Vote the bastards out of office. That's how it works. Even if there were more than enough evidence to prove they were all a bunch of war criminals, Bush ensured that the US would not be a signatory to the ICC. Who's going to extradite Bush to the Hague? No one.

Face it, we've got sixteen more months of these arrogant assholes. The only way to ensure that we don't have to live with even more time with them around is to vote them out.

Let the British work out their own solution. They seem to be a lot further along that road than we are.

5. The way I see it
There is plenty of evidence that the Bush CIA (Poppy), Kissinger and many others were involved in crimes against humanity.

The sending of troops to Iraq over the protests of the UN is one good example but the killing of civilians certainly qualifies in my book as does the violations of our Constitutional protectiuons all over the place. These are crimes agaiunst Americans as well as humanity.

The issue is not, from my perpective, whether there is a witness or documented evidence. I think there is.

The question is do we have the will and resources and ability to impeach and/or prosecute these men for crimes against humanity?

Can we prosecute them HERE?

Should we?

I do not think America yet has the courage and conviction to admit they (we) allowed a criminal and bunch of fascist thieves to hijack our government.

In MY opinion, there needs to be a Truth and Reconciliation Commission in ther US AND in the UN to expose these crimes and for us to move on.

This goes back to WWII.

And THAT my friends is why I oppose Kerry who I think would NOT expose these crimes since his "brothers" in the "order" were also responsible.

This is how they control the ship of state. They control the captain and the mates and if somebody gets out of line they get whacked. And if the captain goes down whoever is set to replace him MUST be able to cover up the past crimes of the owners of the ship:i.e. wall street and the shadow CIA government.

10. Kissinger should have been serving life for
the last twenty years in that case, but he isn't. The only way to get these criminals on trial is if their own turns on them.

9. well... if that Yurica Report isnt enough

i know nothing that will be

... i agree that the evidence is there, the thing is to collect it and design a case against it;

btw, the fact that usa didnt signed the ICC doesnt mean they can get away of their jurisdiction, a country doesnt have to sign the ICC to have their citizens condemnable by the international court, the fact that they sign it only means that they (as a country) commits to capture ANYONE prosecuted by the court

... so that means that anyone prosecuted by that court wouldnt be able to travel to ICC signatory countries

not that it matters, since Bush likes to have vacations with the cows

6. Have you read this?
http://www.yuricareport.com/index.html

RICO!

How California and the Minority in Congress Can Prosecute the White House for Suspected Criminal Acts

By Katherine Yurica

In recent months many commentators have advised their audiences that impeachment proceedings against George W. Bush “will never happen.” What then can be done? In this article, Katherine Yurica proposes something that has never been done in the history of the United States. This is a must read article with national implications.

8. now i understand it....

i knew it was a bit too much coincidence that with barely some days of difference occured enery blackouts in NewYork and London, it must have something to do with this artificial energy-market speculation crisis theater,... maybe some opposing wing in the "order" who knows how deep in shit are the hands of the government, its trying to get a bigger "piece"? ... anyhow, im just speculating
