I fear Bush
and Rove, and Rumsfeld, and Ashcroft, and Wolfowitz and the rest...
I fear what they will do if re-selected.

So I will work hard for my candidate over the next several months, and
I will support ANY candidate who gets the Democratic nomination.

Everything else is just killing time.

Funny how the one "fear" thread that is worthy of comment isn't getting the hits. Meanwhile back in Dean/Clark Flamefestville...

2. Me, too
Anyone but Bush. The important thing is to vote and fight to change the perception of those who think their votes don't matter and those who vote for the incumbent because he's a known commodity and those who vote for "the lesser of two evils." I believe that last thing is what put Bush & Co. in a position to steal the election. This time it will be the known-commodity factor.

4. Bush and the electorate
Some people I know are just not in the know, and we know why. Anyone but Bush.

5. I fear and loathe Bush with a white-hot intensity!
Let's all do whatever we can to get that 'miserable failure' out of the White House. He is the sorriest, most twisted president the country has ever had. He must go.

7. Thats why I don't understand
or participate in all the slamming going on around here. We have some good candidates and we are still 13-14 months out. Our goal should be "anybody but Bush", and not mine is better then yours. A lot of things will come out in the near future so lets take one day at a time and quit squabbling amongst ourselves (or yourselves). Take if from the grandma - we ain't seen nothing yet.

8. And furthermore
I fear what Bush/Rove have in store for whichever candidate gets the nomination. This stands to be the ugliest, dirtiest campaign since, well, since Bush-Gore.

Bush's numbers are dropping, his supporters could abandon him; do you think he's going to sit still for that?

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

(Oh, and do something POSITIVE for any Democratic candidate today.)

10. don't FEAR *, UNDERMINE *

question W and his cabal on everything.

he's falling. his only 'accomplishment' is tax cuts that benefit a few. he can call Afghanistan and Iraq "victories" as much as he wants but, it's not true and that's becoming clear to more and more.

anything you do to sustain and increase the level of suspicion, distrust, questioning of these criminals will ultimately help the candidate.

?W SLIDE SHOW!

11. Is it ok to say...
Edited on Sat Sep-13-03 02:12 PM by einsteins stein
That I would like to take a certain politician (who shall remain nameless) and stomp the ever loving crap out of his blackened heart, until that smirk is permanently removed from his face (which shall remain unidentified)?

I'm sorry. When faced with fear, I go into a fight or flight mode. I AM afraid, but I've got nowhere to run, and the testosterone is running a little high.

Deep, calming , breaths...

Ok.Ok.Ok. I'm ok.

Maybe I'll just vote for anybody but (he who shall remain nameless).

There, I said it, and I feel better already :-)
