WOW!!! Check out the Hunterdon County Dem's site!
http://www.hcdems.com

This is the official website of the Hunterdon County, NJ Democratic party. Man, I just KNOW that some of them are on DU now!!! One hardball site.

Ok, you lot: Front and center. Identify yourselves and make it snappy! ;-)

1. T'aint me.
Makes me almost tempted to move there, though.

My county has at least three Democratic parties, and no website. Probably because they don't want anyone to know what they're up to.

The current Dems in power now have certain, ummm... "allegations" that they're trying to cover. That's the local Regular Democratic Party. The Reform Democrats used to be the Regular Democrats in power until their "allegtions" were proven. Then, there's a third group trying to be heard, but no one knows what they're up to. Probably a few others around, too.

Or is that just my town?

It gets very complicated around here, and does kind of work against working for the party should one be interested in doing so. You're working for the Boss, not the party. "All politics is local." Too damn local around here.

Pisses me off, though, that there ain't but 6 Democrats in all of Sussex county and they have a website.

2. Very nice.
Ours is pretty good too:

http://www.geocities.com/fultoncountydemocrat/main.htm

Complete with a Bush countdown clock, a Bill Bennett game, and some great quotes from our Fearful leader.

And some cool links too (haven't been able to get them to list DU yet, but I think it's coming):

Even the women, I'll bet...What a Webpage! hard-hitting, like the Democrats need to be. Wish I had a Democratic Party like THAT here in Indiana, instead of the damn sleepwalkers we have.
They're awake now, they have a Governor to bury, then they'll slip back to sleep until Mitch Danniels is Governor and lift their heads and go "SNORT! Huh? Wazzit? How'd THAT happen" Hmmm? oh....Hmmmm....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"

Here it is,

http://www.indems.org/

frankly, I'm shocked that it was updated to reflect that Frank was stricken earlier this week. I swear they still had a welcome message from GOVERNOR Evan Bayh last time I checked it a few months back...

7. I live just outside of Hunterdon County and had no idea they had any
Dems in the whole county. It's like waking up one morning (7:00 am Sunday morning to be exact) and finding out there's a whole other floor on your house that you never knew about. I'm going to contact these guys - I'm sure there's an evil DUer in there somewhere. Thanks for showing me this.
