5. For a future election: compel big insurance to lower premiums

I would suggest that the NO on 12 side wait a couple of years, and after the malpractice premiums have still not been lowered they should get a referendum on the ballot to compel, yes COMPEL, the insurance companies to lower their rates.

The Repukes are locked into it, along with the rest of us. People with pools of money make out, but rest of the people who don't have property get screwed. Took 30 years but I think its come around to bite them in the Ass very hard

Thanks for the update. It doesn't surprise me. The ads were just silly, but the sheeple just buy it up. My wife talked to a medical professional last week who suggested voting against it. This person asked the insurance company if passage would result in lower premiums. The insurance company ( surprisingly honestly ) said no.

I just said to my wife, let's hope it never effects us.
