Who bussed the table at the Last Supper? |
|
I mean, we know the server (Jesus) got stiffed. But what about the dishwasher? Every believer relates to Christ but seem to forget the "little people".

I was confused. Jesus was not the server. Jesus didn't get up from the table and go into the kitchen for the food. The server brought the stuff to the table and jesus passed it around. So Jesus would not get the tip, he would give the tip....right?

4. I am an atheist, but I respect those DUers who are Christians... |
|
and I think this post is offensive because it makes light of the most sacred part of Christianity, instead of calling out those "Christians" in the US that don't behave in a Christian manner.

10. Probably the women followers. |
|
Martha and the several Marys. Peter wouldn't even let them in the group painting.

it was of, course. the women who cleaned up the mess. No doubt. And no this isn't offensive in the least. And I'm an ordained pastor. And the Bible tells us that it was Jesus himself who washed up the crowd before dinner (John 13).

15. Wasn't that Jael Bush? |

Jael = mountain goat :)
I know the women did it last night after the Maundy Thursday service. :) We had a couple of little kids who were upset. They thought it was *really* their last supper. One 7yo visitor thought we were really serving Christ's body/blood for communion. We tried our best to explain it as the service was going on and said he didn't need to take any.
