The former investigator for the now defunct Resolution Trust Corporation who filed the original criminal referral against the Clintons in the Whitewater affair, has been hired to run the department of the Pentagon's Inspector General's office which will be responsible for auditing the Halliburton and Bechtel Iraq contracts.
