On my way back to my dorm (I go home everyother weekend), my parents and I were talking about illegal immigration. It got me thinking about the root of the problem: the crappy condition of the countries many of these people are running away from. If a Mexican immigrant would rather live in poverty with shit wages at a fast food place than live in his own country, the Mexican government really needs to look at what is going on in their country. America can't and shouldn't try to solve everyone else's problems and I don't know everything that's wrong with some of those countries, but please people, money and power are not excuses to do what ever the hell you want. Besides, you'll get more if you share it with others. Love, Yaoi Huntress Earth

still believe that borders are stupid and that economic migration is a good thing, I read a study about how African economies are dramatically improved by the fact that the population is becoming increasingly mobile and that people can move to the places where the jobs are, even if it's just for a year or five years.

American Business interest would not like countries like Mexico to be a big economic force. Can you imagine? They would destroy Mexico before allowing it to become competition.
