seeking perspectives on Clark's Q3 fundraising potential |
|
if I understand the situation correctly, the Draft Clark movement currently has more than $1 million in pledges contigent upon Clark's entry into the race.
if he enters the race, how much do you anticipate he'll raise in total this quarter (ending September 30)?
how do you think the amount he raises between the time of his annoucement (assuming he's running) and the end of the quarter (September 30) will compare to the amount Dean raises in the same time period (roughly 2 weeks)?
how will the the number of people who contribute to the Clark campaign in this time frame compare to the number of people that donate to the Dean campaign?

1. Hmmm... I'll Take a SWAG |
|
IF he enters the race (big IF)...
Total raised: $2M Compared to Dean: Half # People Compared to Dean: 15%
Certainly not shabby results, though.

2. Of course, he'll try to play off his early momentum |
|
but he's also going to have to loudly and clearly articulate his views on a host of issues--i.e. labor issues, tort reform, health care, etc.
