ABC News covering the Kay Report (Iraqi WMDs)
Edited on Mon Sep-15-03 05:42 PM by Cush
Only caught part of it, but apparently, the Kay Team was told by numerous Iraqi Scientists that Saddam destroyed large stockpiles in 1991, 1996-1997, and then again in 1998 when the pressure was heating up again

They said that there was evidence of prgrams, but no weapons

3. Remeber...
...it is not that the weapons that are important anymore, it's the fact that they HAD "Programs of Weapons of Mass destruction that were important."

The Bush administration was saying this all along as the justification for the invasion of Iraq (tounge-in-cheek).

7. correctly said,
.....that there was ONCE a program of weapons of mass destruction but Saddam Hussein didn't have anything going on since 1998.
So Mr. Ritter was %100 right.

8. Not one blabber in the entire country?
The Bushies know they have crap. Somebody would have blabbed by now. A disgruntled wife of a scientist who found out about the program when the guy talked in his sleep. Somebody would have talked if there was something to talk about.
