Arnold, an ugly, inarticulate neanderthal........
Are Californian's dumb enough to vote for this orangutang-simian like, lobotomy experiment? if you lived in California and were subjected to the Rove paid for campaign ads we see every 10 seconds, you would be appalled.......California said no to the chimp in 2000. Does the GOP really think that that we would accept a monkey this time?

Edited on Mon Sep-15-03 09:46 PM by Rex
I just heard that the election will be postponed due to antiquated punch card systems. Now I wonder what they will replace those old voting machines with? Hmmm...can't imagine...diebold?

Naw, in order for me to believe that Repubes would fix an election, I would also have to believe something equally insane...like maybe our COUNTRY would go to WAR with another over complete falsehoods told by the C&C. Oh wait...

16. But this guy is just too much of a failure...
me, personally, I think, there simply must have been a kind of experiment with creating a master race and - who would expect it to be different - it was just going terrible terrible wrong... Just poor little Arny was left over...
Although we try hard to compete in stupidity with the USA, believe me, we really try and we're just a few years behind, this Arny becoming a candidate as a mayor for California: isn't it a bit over the top?

I think it's part of destroying any autonomy the states have, particularly the large, populated, rich ones like California by the Fourth Reich in Washington.

My suggestion to him is that HE should drop out. But we know he is a coward for not wanting to debate Arianna and he won't drop out. He too is a fraud.

20. One funny thing about him is,...
Edited on Mon Sep-15-03 10:45 PM by Dirk39
although on average, our film-industry is much worse than at least some of the films, the USA is producing, although there are exceptions - at least when it comes to small and independent films.
Arnie could never ever have become famous in any european country. Even the average idiot would just laugh about him and couldn't believe, what kind of guy this is. The same would be true for Pamela Anderson. Most europeans still consider this kind of a come-to-life-comic-strip.
O.K., when it's sold back to us, we kind of accept it.
Arnie is kind of a proletarian macho after physical strength became superfluous. One should expect that it simply disappears, but instead it is losing its' borders and becomes monstrous.
I remember the times, when Arnie and Stallone were very famous. At least most girls still prefered Stallone, 'cause at least he had this dog or boy-like facial expression. But Arnie is just beton beton beton...

My partner and I were watching some clips of Herr Ahnold and she swears it looks as if he's had Botox treatments. Wouldn't surprise me -- after all, Ahnold doesn't mind using any drug he might think will enhance his vision of the ideal Aryan superman.

28. Unfortunately, there are the celebrity star fuckers voting
Sorry for the profanity but as a life long Californian I have seen the ditziness of some our citizens when it comes to "celebrity". Sonny Bono could not articulate a policy position to save his life but he won a seat in congress (Palm Springs).

I will not be voting for the simian, lobotimized, steroid freak idiot because he does not know policy from his own ass.

31. I don't understand why anyone considers him a serious candidate??
He does come across as an idiot. He skipped the debates. He's a womanizer - known to cheat on his wife. Some of the statements he's made about sex and women in general prove him to be crass and misogynist as well. So OF COURSE he'd make a good Republican candidate. :eyes:

But that blow job - (while I thought that was stupid and inappropriate) by a DEMOCRAT and it's shoved down our throats forever and causes a fucking constitutional crisis.

Family values. The hypocrisy just irritates the holy shit outta me.

On Arnold's appearance on the Today Show, Matt Lauer asked about California's first-in-the-nation paid family leave law.

Schwarzenegger: "I would have to get into that because, as you know, I'm very much for families. I'm very much for children and children's issues and all that stuff."

38. ABC News - Jennings showed a clip of Arnold today on Oprah
Edited on Tue Sep-16-03 02:24 AM by Dover
Actually it was Arnold and Maria together. The buzz had been that he'd explain things and get himself out of the doghouse.

But the clip showed him repeating his nasty disrespectful lines about women and Maria threw her hand up over his mouth. Although he was attempting to show that those days of bodybuilder bravado were over, he clearly WAS that person still. Jennings commented that he actually dug himself more of a hole today.

Anybody see the whole thing? I can't believe Oprah would give him the platform. Maybe out of respect for or favor owed to Maria?
Then again, Oprah DID bring us Dr. Phil so her tastes in men who have no real credentials but make up for it with a bullying loudmouth persona is nothing new.
