Republican on MSNBC dissing Edwards for not being a serious candidate for anouncing on the show. I liked it and he's having his official announcement tomorrow at 10 AM at the mill his father used to work at.

There's nothing more tiring than people obsessed with being significant. It's like people who use the term "guilty pleasure". By no criterion does a statement like that pass muster to anyone but a boob. Okay, well perhaps a ninny...
Many people will take shots at this, but many will do so with the bemusement it deserves. The ones who roll their eyes will show themselves as the pure frauds.
I especially liked his mock-seriousness of the moment by widening his eyes as he enunciated "...on YOUR SHOW...", as well as the polls joke.
It'll be interesting to see the coverage; he'll be on a bunch of different shows tomorrow morning too.
