Bush’s First Sub-50 Approval Rating!
FWIW. Another site for me to bookmark.

http://www.emergingdemocraticmajority.com/index.cfm

And it’s even in a Republican poll!! (DR doesn’t count the recent Zogby sub-50 reading, because they ask the approval question differently.) In the just-released Winston Group/New Models poll for the House GOP conference, W’s approval rating clocks in at 49 percent, with 46 percent disapproval. How sweet it is.

The poll also gives the Democrats a 5 point lead (45 percent to 40 percent) in a generic Congressional ballot question. If Karl Rove wasn’t nervous before, he might be starting to break a sweat.

Thanks, rmpalmer! On that happy note, I'm off for more coffee, which still won't brighten my day as much as this post.

5. Rove's options to keep AWOL up there are shrinking....
Iraqs cost in American treasure and blood
is becoming enormous....

The loss in American jobs is becoming a crisis...

Osama Been Forgotten remains.....

Saddam Long Gone remains free.....

Yup, it looks like people are thinking about change
in the WH!

7. Maybe Rove wrote this poll
Isn't his latest strategy to portray * as an underdog to make it easier to shakedown the fat cats for campaign contributions?

9. Does anyone else think that if Shrub's poll numbers go
lower that the Repugs will have him bumped off and run someone else??

I don't see how he could run and win if things continue to go the way they are going (i.e. speeding toward disaster), yet it would be hard for the party to replace him in midstream without looking like idiots. Also, impeachment would be a total disgrace.

10. Yay! but...
These kind of number drops can only make the Pukes more dangerous. if they thing they've got nothing to lose, they can try anything. There is nothing in the world more dangerous than an animal backed in to a corner.
