How the genetically deficient view Clark's entry
From the fringe of Freeperland (P.S. I want hazardous duty pay for slogging through their forums).

To: MamaLucci; Tree of Liberty

IMHO, this means the witch of the east is running.

OF COURSE She is! She Who Must Not Be Named has every intention of running - as the convention draftee. She will then select Clark as Her military expert - that way, She won't soil Her hands with the loathed military.

This "campaign" is just a listening tour, just like Her book was.

I cannot figure the Clinton's angle on this.

They must expect Dean to carry them to electoral disaster. They don't want anyone except Hillary! running if Bush looks beatable. If not they want one who won't drag the Congressional races as well.

This could be Clark believing his own press releases. Clark doesn't strike me as particularly stable (much like Dean). This could get interesting.

Apparently they are excited just because he was a military man and they cannot stomach Bush landing on the aircraft carrier (their jealousy is eating them alive) but they will be sorely mistaken when his past comes back to haunt him. One thing we must do is remind the media and the American people about Clark.

Oh great! Another member of the one-gene pool state running for office. Must be kin to Klinton since he appointed him to NATO and the mess in the Baltics.

Alert: FReeper REQUEST

We are preparing to launch a major anti-Clark website. We are seeking any valuable opposition research. If you have any juicy stuff, please reply privately.

And to those who have already assisted our efforts in advance of this expected decision, we thank you.

3. What makes me shake my head...
is the whole "it's a Clinton conspiracy" thing... They have this whole fantasy land scenario worked out where Senator Clinton is personally manipulating every aspect of their lives and of our collective representative government.

They are nuts.

get the nets.

5. no kidding, I think they are projecting on the Clintons
I have never been a fan of Bill Clinton, but the things the freepers say about Bill and Hillary are just crazy. Perhaps it's just projecting on the Clintons what is known about the Bushes - a multi-generational crime family who supported America's enemies like Hitler, Mussolini, Saddam Hussein, Binladen, and Noreiga?

They seem more worried about Clark than any of the other candidates, that's for sure. What is this BS about Clark being involved in Waco? There own post says right in the first paragraph, "While Clark was not involved..." yet they continue to lie and say he was.

Wait a minute, am I acting surprised that freepers are lying? Sorry, I need more coffee!

7. My favorite one:
"Apparently they are excited just because he was a military man and they cannot stomach Bush landing on the aircraft carrier (their jealousy is eating them alive) but they will be sorely mistaken when his past comes back to haunt him. One thing we must do is remind the media and the American people about Clark."

Now, I'm qualified to speak on grammatical matters since I have a degree in English. That first sentence is mighty ambiguous. I'll choose to interpret it to mean Shrub* will have his past come back to bite him and cause plenty of trouble in freeperland. That's the only way that sentence makes any sense.

Quick poll: Are you jealous of our Great Leader*? I'm not. I may be eaten alive with other things, but it's not jealousy of the shrub. Hmmm. I feel sorry for him, same as you would anyone too dumb to know any better. But jealous? Nah.

OK, it's time to pray at the Altar of Clinton. Gotta go.

10. Bush's landing
...because Bush's landing was such an enviable accomplishment.

That's just....delusional. Who would be jealous of that?

Like AWOL's past came back to haunt him?

I doubt that anyone is jealous of a sock puppet whose owner proclaims "Mission Accomplished" and with that phrase (like "Read my Lips") destroys his chance of reelection. Jealous? Hell, we should all LOVE that little stunt (and why not? Our tax dollars paid for it).
