Regarding the certifications. She told me "They went out in the mail on friday" Said she had "double checked them to make sure they were being sent". So that was friday. It shoould take no more than 3-4 days for them to get here. It should be interesting to see what I get in the mail. As soon as I have them, I will scan and post the letter here...I can hardly wait to see what I get.

4. Did she have any comment on the CA BBV court decision to postpone

the recall?

Where we have folks that have already voted - and a ballot set long before the 59 day ahead of an election limit - so do they add/subtract from the listed folks running? - and throw out the ballots mailed so far?

And those touch screen voting machines have limits - the list is too large in CA! "'It's more than a wrinkle,' said Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder Conny McCormack. 'No one even asked the largest county in the state if we had the capacity to run it in March. The answer is no.'" (I do not know if this is a software problem - or getting data into the program problem?)

And if punch cards are illegal for the General are they ok for the primary - is there a deadline?

Still no certifications from Georgia. I wonder...do they really have certification? What would my next step be...seeing as I have already asked in a nice way...

If she put it in the mail on Friday, it could mean the mail slot on her floor. It would have to go to the mailroom, get processed there and then given to US Postal. So it might not have left the building until Monday. You have a couple more days before any action is needed.
