HELP BURN Walmart!!!!!! Need info to give to atty on suit against them
Need help finding info on article about walmart taking out life ins policy on employees without their knowing here in Texas. I crashed my puter AGAIN, lost bookmark. I need to get the info to Sam Adler atty that is putting up ads for a suit to fight all the wrongs they have done against workers, excuse me SLAVES. Please help me find info so I can help shut these muthers down.

It's not specific to Texas, but rather WalMart in general. Looks like you should check out the WSJ. Apparently WalMart bought insurance on 350,000 of its employees from 93-95.

Ugh! I disliked them already, but this is a new low. "Dead peasant" insurance. "Janitor" insurance. If you're not the CxO, it's despicable. Good luck.

Thanks for the education. It is amazing what I've learned in a short time at DU. Thanks everyone.

I don't understand how merely disclosing the practice to employees before getting the policies addresses the problem. Many of these employees would have no choice but to agree to it because they desperately need the work.
