Filled out my absentee ballot, made sure the chads were free, and put it in the mail. Whatever the courts decide, I figured I'll vote now anyway since I'll be van camping for a few weeks.
No on the recall, Yes for Busamante.

However, apparently only 11 mil. CA have received ballots already and I ain't one of them! When I get my ballot, I will vote exactly as you have, but I do wonder if the 9th circuit will have the last word and the election will be put off until March or if the Supremes will take this on and do for Ahnold what they did for Shrub in 2000.

We use ink on our ballots here in Humboldt county.
That's why the circuit court halted it...so we can ALL vote without chads.
Voted NO on the recall!
