Outrageous - MSGOP to give Luntz his own program! |
|
Just heard on Hardball that the GOP Pollster will have his own program starting this weekend titled, get this, "America's Voices."
This meatball has been outed SINCE his appearances on Hardball as a GOP operative. How can they justify giving him a program?
I swear, I think that it is time for us to actively protest these news organizations. I don't mean change the channel, I mean get to the streets. We can't allow them to continually shape opinions without showing both sides of the argument.

the "left" is gearing up for it`s own media. someone is putting money into worldlink, the quality of programs has risen over the last few months and their website has improved. with enough money maybe "charlie" of dishnetwork will put wl with the rest of the news programs...by next year there should be changes in the "weather"

has decided to get outta Dodge. Since his wagon's hitched to a falling rock, maybe he's maneuvered a job change.

6. I saw Luntz override his focus group |
|
it was about the recall and Luntz was badgering the anti-recall people.
The people were surprisingly articulate, considering they're not professional broadcasters and Luntz was really being a prick. They held their ground nicely.
So Luntz simply turned away from them and denied everything they'd said. He said "people think such and such" which was exactly the opposite of what the people had just said. You could see the people in the background behind him, shaking their heads. It was absurd.

they are one of three 24hour cable news channels. They have influence on what the daily meme will be.

....would stop boycotting cable news, we might get some programming we like. Keith Olbermann told me that the news executives play to the demographics. And their demographics are more conservative than liberal.
He said that if everyone who watches west wing would watch his show once a week he could have complete control of the content.
I'm getting fed up with liberals-Dems-progressives thinking they can shape content by NOT WATCHING IT.

the only way to make a difference is to actually protest with demonstrators and signs! Changing the channel won't get us anywhere.

14. Keith Olbermann is the only thing worthwhile on that god awful network |
|
Olbermann is a breath of fresh air in an outhouse.
support him, he can help us by exposing the lies of the far right, and do it with humor and class.

Luntz??? In the interest of fair and balanced reporting, I'm sure he'll begin every show by telling the audience that he's a GOP shill.

|
After they get done with Luntz hand-picking & coaching the participants, they'll do lots of creative editing, the way they always do with Luntz's pathetic sycophantic displays...watch this show get even lower ratings than Tweety.

15. The best protest: Get rid of your cable... |
|
Truly. Stop giving them money. Think about it, where do most of us get our news from? The Internet and all of our beloved lib sites.
Even thought our print media is going the way of our televised media, we still have access to the rest of the world's media on the net.

that would have ratings lower than Tweety's. I underestimated the depths they are willing to plunge to.
