11. The best thing about the court decision

is they based it almost entirely on the SCOTUS 2000 election decision.

So, the supreme court either has to review their decision again, which they don't want to do, or they have to let the circuit court get the last word. It must be burning the repubs up!!! I'm so happy when we do clever things!!!
