Wanna know the BIGGEST Conspiracy of all?

It is the ongoing effort to convince all Americans that everything we believe to be a Conspiracy is...just a COINCIDENCE.

It was just a coincidence that they got the patsy Oswald a job in the Texas Book Depository. Right. And there is no such thing as sheep-dipping.

It was just a coincidence that scores of JFK witnesses met violent deaths in both 1964 and 1977, some the day before they were to testify. Right. These were the years of the Warren Commission and the House Select Committee on Assassinations, respectively.

It was just a coincidence that the Iranian hostages were released on the day Reagan was inaugurated. Poppy Bush didn't go to Paris in October. Right.

It was just a coincidence that Saddam and Noriega were Poppy's boys. Poppy doesn't like dictators. Right.

It was just a coincidence that 90,000 blacks were disenfranchised in Florida 2000. Katherine Harris and Jeb Bush had nothing to do with it. Right.

It was just a coincidence that the SCOTUS voted for Bush 5-4. The fact that only the Repukes voted for Bush is pure coincidence.

Its just a coincidence that ALL Republican-owned voting machine companies don't want to publish the code and provide a voter-verified paper trail. Of course, why do we need them? The results are so accurate, there is no need for a recount. Right.

Its just a coincidence that five out of eleven Democratic senators who were favored to win the CRITICAL, HOTLY CONTESTED races in 2002 (GA,MN,TX, CO, NH) ALL lost and the percentage changes from the final polls were FAR in excess of the statistical margin of error (+/-3%).

It was just a coincidence that VNS exit polls were mysteriously dropped on Election Day 2002. No, it had nothing to do with the fix. Right.

Its just a coincidence that Carlyle, Halliburton and Bechtel got the no-bids in Iraq. Cheney and Poppy Bush have no conflict of interest. Right.

Yes, the biggest ongoing conspiracy of all is... to cover up all the "coincidences" while the people lose leaders, elections, freedoms, money and jobs and the pursuit of happiness turns to nightmare.

That is why we believe in Conspiracies...

Now, it will be fun watching all those familiar Coincidence Theorists coming out of the woodwork again...

1. The plane carrying...

The Iranian Hostages took off as Reagan had his hand in the air, taking the oath of office.

I know because the TV was on loudly, downstairs, and I could hear him. I was on the bed, reading and listening to 11243-11246mHz, the SKYKING/SKYBIRD radio frequencies, on my shortwave radio. When I heard the flight depart Teheran Airport and announce they were wheels up, enroute to Ramstein with a stop in Salonica, I ran downstairs and told my parents. About a half-hour later, it was on the TV, to much fanfare. Thus, The Reagan Mystique was born.

There was an implicit message in the time the Iranians allowed the departure of the hostages. It was there for anyone with the eyes to see or the ears to hear. It was no coincidence.

They took off while his hand was in the air.

... merely because I point out the inconsistencies and ask the questions about this misAdministration that almost everyone else around me won't face. It's strange, how perceptions can be so different. 12. Don't fall for it. That's the plan.

They have been so fucking obvious that part of "the plan" has obviously been to simply write off every intelligent person who has been paying attention as a raving America-hating "conspiracy theorist."

Argue as rationally as possible. Meet people 7/8 of the way into their uninformed fantasy worlds. Don't fall into the trap of believing you know way too much to even try to communicate politically with the average person. Because that's what they're counting on.

13. Oswald got the job too early

at the School Book depository, before the President's parade was planned, and actually, I believe before his visit was announced.

Most of the Conspiracy 'witnesses' deaths were people who had little connection to the case, no connection or died natural deaths. Many of the leading conspiracy theorists have published 'lists' but on closer examination, much of it is baloney.

I don't take too much notice of conspiracy theories, I much prefer conspiracy facts ..... such as:

conspiracy to pervert the course of justice
conspiracy to murder
conspiracy to intimidate witnesses
conspiracy to steal and launder money
consipracy to commit genocide
etc

Covering up the cover ups only works until an asshole as self confident and righteous as Bush needs to get re elected. Then the gloves are off.
