Who was the guy(Some repub) that stated that what the 9th Circuit Court is doing "Hijacking" the election process...or something to that nature...I believe he was the one who financed the recall...

I thought to myself..."What in the hell did this guy just say...?"
"HI-JACKING" an election...?
What do you call funding a re-call 8 months after the first election...?

My first thought when I heard him talking about hijacking the electoral process was "WTF do you think happened in 2000?!?"

My daughter got her boombox out of storage today. I was going to turn it on, listen to some sports radio. The AM dial was already set to a station with Rush.

He actually said that this new concept of using the equal protection clause was going to doom elections forever, and it's all the fault of liberals.
