A break from Pres Pol --Partisan gap seems wider than ever
or is this a sun-rises-in-east remark?

My local gop rag ... the AR Demo-Gaz, puts a weekly summary into the Sunday paperregarding how the state's congressional delegation voted on laws during the last week. I noticed that the Democratic Senators from my state (I love saying that, btw) voted with the Democrats in each bill. However, I noted also that each bill's passage or failure was on a total party-line vote with just a few votes switching this way or that at the margins to provide the majorities.

Whistle-ass --a uniter, not a divider.

1. party line vote
the reason I vote party not person. People can argue all day long, but in the end, which party controls congress is all that matters.

2. Control of Congress is all that matters?
And here I thought we were actually interested in improving society. If all that matters is winning, why bother having pictures of three of the lowest popularity candidates and one non-candidate in your sig line? Shouldn't you be promoting the one who has the best chance of beating Bush, no matter what their policies?

Can you get your cousin to fix things?

By the way, you used to scare the hell out of me
because you indicated the chances were that Clark wasn't
going to run. Man, I am glad you were wrong about that.

However, I think you have been awesome on DU and a real
asset to General Clark.

Keep up the good work.
