Bush declares to the IRS when filing his taxes that Illinois is his place of residency....yet he voted in Texas where he registered and claimed Crawford, Texas to be his residency. Did he break the law?

Pay property tax? Have a license? Have a residence to which he intends to return? Mitt Romney had a huge house in Utah, got a resident's tax break on it, but poof! he became a citizen of Massachusetts with no trouble, with the aid of a bunch of GOP judges...he just repaid the tax refund he got. Guess all you have to do is be a Republican, and you can live anywhere you want. The Clintons bought their house well ahead of time, and Hillary still got crap for the NY thing....

W stepped foot in Chicago, except for a quick campaign stop?
Maybe I can claim residency in Arizona because I went there once?
