MSNBC has a Repuke and Dem strategist on |
|
the Repukes are running scared. MSNBC already has an "embedded" reporter assigned to Clark.

Leave it to MSNBC to find a Democrat to launch a withering attack on Clark. The Republican, on the other hand, was calm and somewhat reasonable.
Who was that "Democrat"? Dean's campaign manager? He was almost foaming at the mouth.

No, it wasn't Caddell.
The "Democrat" seemed to think that Clark will be smeared by those within the Pentagon (and he certainly gave the impression that the smearing would be well-deserved). He also shouted about how Clark wouldn't be supported by the activist Democratic base. Maybe he should read DU on occasion, as his support seems to be growing amongst the base.

DU is pretty well-seasoned politically- many of the Clarkies are aggressive but naive. That may not be a disadvantage--it never prevented Bush from gaining support, but not so sure that works with the "activist" base.

8. Vanity Fair article has it right |
|
MSNBC is worthless (except for Keith.) Hyping Hilary perhaps even more than Faux - hard to do.
Dem strategist hinted that criticism from the military will be Clark's biggest problem - where did they find this guy? RNC?

14. That's not as easy as it seems |
|
Most of the Arm Chair Generals like Clark a lot. McAffery said he is one of his best friends. I am sure Fox can get a couple of ex guys to say something but the guys on TV the most like him a lot.

to dilute the current list of candidates. She is not running and they know this....It is hyped discussion to defocus the viewers.

Hillary's not running. You'd think they would've learned with their horrible ratings that being Faux lite isn't working.

Look at how many Hillary threads there are. Yesterday, there were at least three.

17. Hey, there is another niche they could fill... |
|
how about a moderate- to left-leaning network to partially offset the RWingnuts, where high standards of truth-telling and integrity would be followed? they would have no competition, and might be surprised how good the "demographics" are.
