First, we had the "Democratic Wing"...now we have the "Wes Wing" |
|
And, in my opinion, it is a strong wing. He differentiated himself from all the other candidates in that his message was one of uniting this country, Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. His message is more "positive" than all the other candidates, in that he did not attack Bush as directly. By doing this, he will have a lot of appeal to Independents and moderate Republicans. This is a very strong message, in my opinion. George Bush and Karl Rove should be very worried.

4. His message was pure DLC |

we'll see if this carries the primary.
Welcome to the race Mr. Clark. By the way, is this the last time you will announce or can we look forward to announcements reminding us of your historic announcement?

may have a broader appeal to "other then democratic" voters. Personally, I could easily and enthusiastically support any current Democrat...except Lieberman. We don't need a candidate that only sings to the choir...we need someone who will bring in people who voted for Bush last time as well as those who voted Green. Tall order...but the most important order of business in 2004.... oust the unelected fraud! :kick:

8. The reason Limbaugh and the right-wing are blowing smoke.... |
|
is that they planned on painting the Democratic Party as "unpatriotic" and this was going to be the cornerstone of Bush's campaign but...General Clark may have overturned that apple cart? This is a blow to the flag-waving Repub right-wingers...and there are a lot of them.
