How to beat Tom DeLay at his own game.
Okay, here's what we do: DeLay may succeed in redistricting Texas to his advantage. Fine. Move on. However, come November '04, the DNC should throw a ton of money and star power in each of the newly created GOP districts and try like hell to turn them Democratic. DeLay would blow a bolt if his precious TX districts all sent Democrats to Congress!

I know it's a long-shot, but what do you guys think?

1. You can't win against a bully unless you fight back.
We've got a 'minority slot' for the bugman.

2. it's easier to beat it before it happens.
That's the problem. People here keep hearing "Republican GOOD, Liberal BAAAAD", and many don't bother to do their own thinking. So the more they get, the more they WILL get until there's a big turnaround.
