This New 2nd Vice-President Proposal: Bush-Cheney-Powell
Could this be done before 2004. I think the Republicans want two people's names after idiot Bush's. They KNOW Clark is a threat! Who would the Dems pick as our Three: Clark-Kerry-Dean?

1. Question?
Does this 2nd vice pres. get elected or appointed? I'm not very familiar with the proposal.

2. Third Guy would become Prez if DC is attacked...
Trent Lott talking about it and Senate Republicans. I think it's a way to create excitement around Bush and mute Clark's announcement. 9/11 happened over two years ago and they are talking about it on the Day Clark announces...Hmmmmm
