ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - A Georgia bride-to-be who vanished just days before her wedding has admitted that she lied about being abducted, police said Saturday.

Fortunately I've only seen the threads on her about this latest CNNServative non-story, and sure won't be turning it on anytime too soon.

Methinks this isn't what Jonathan Klein, new CNN boss, wanted. He wsa hoping for a corpse and another Scott Peterson to lambast. Nothing draws ratings more than scorned women watching the public imascuation of another cheating husband or fiancee. Ooops.

Now will there be an appology to her fiancee for being under such media scrutiny the past few days and all but being framed by Grace and her ilk as a murderer...and now there's no body and it appears she's pulled a Aimee Semple McPhearson.

On second thought, watching this network with some egg on it's tainted face might not be that bad. But, of course, they'll never own up to their own exploitation that made this non-story a 3-hour fiasco to begin with.

is so very irritating that i switch every time her face shows up.
So, this whole thing was a farce-- sad that the media jumped all over it and added to the distractions!!

7. Don`t think I`m ungrateful to the corporate media

for keeping us informed of this breaking "news" story, but I must confess I`ve been too tied up to follow it. Truth is, I`m busy adding up the column of Iraq War dead for the month.

Maybe Paula Zahn will do a two-hour special tonight on this bride with cold feet. If she does, I`ll stay glued to the tv.

Her fiancee reminds me of someone I used to know, someone real self-centered and phony. I don't know her fiancee, but that's who he reminds me of. And all that rambling about faith and heaven. All those well fed southern Christians trying to play the holy victims. Pretty sickening, IMO.
