Oh, the irony!
O'Reilly is focusing tonight's show on "Liberal Hate Propaganda In The Media".

He stated that, yes, the Repugs may have bashed Clinton unceasingly for eight straight years (and many of them STILL are obsessed with his penis!) but that doesn't give liberals the right to "bash Bush". Because critical thinking and asking our leaders to have a skunch of integrity will help the terrorists win, dontchaknow. Mindlessly parroting whatever talking heads like him say is pro-America! Down with thinking!

Just the irony... a Faux opinionist harping about hate propaganda. He even kicked the show off with a Goebbels quote! Too delicious.

Why am I watching Faux, you ask? It's cheaper than pay-per-view wrestling, but just as phony and entertaining. :)

1. Did he actually say "right" to bash Bush?
Because of course we have the right, it's in the first amendment. Perhaps he means it's not good etiquette. Well. On the other hand, I have heard very little bashing of Bush... it seems the candidates are mostly discussing and criticizing Bush's policies and performance. Oh well, it is Fox after all.

2. But "discussing and criticizing Bush's policies and performance"
IS considered "bashing" by those scared and running on the right. Every news channel is pressing this "Bush bashing" issue as hard as they can, including CNN. I haven't seen this organized an attempt to quash negative press from anyone, ever. Not in my time, anyway (I hear Hitler was pretty good at it, though). Are they still playing the 'G.W. Is Stupid/ Leave Him Alone, He Doesn't Know!' card?

You'd think some gung-ho journalist would be rarin' to expose our news for the fabricated sham it is. I mean, talk about ratings! Everything They Tell You Is A Lie, the prime time special. If only!

3. I'll believe
in Bunnypants bashing when serious commentators with oh-so-serious looks on their faces start discussing his private parts... or when they, more in sorrow than in anger and more in outright glee than either, use words like traitor and thief without any repercussions. Accuse him of stealing and vandalism and when the reports are refuted by independent sources just don't find any time to retract their accusations.

Bush doesn't know what bashing is. Even I in my worst moments only use words like vindictive, petty, obstinately and obdurately ignorant, disgraceful, cowardly, and self-righteous. And that's just being descriptive. But somehow none of those news people can quit smearing lipstick on his butt long enough to even be accurate. Much less bash him. Poor guy.

4. Tell me again
How the Media is neither librul nor CONservative; how it has no agenda and just goes wherever the money flows. My Thoughtscreen keeps picking up Ren and Stimpy somehow...

5. bet hell say we are nazis
Edited on Thu Sep-18-03 06:28 AM by Kamika
I noticed one thing. Alot of repubs say outright that we are nazis because we dont blindly support anything israel does etc.
Im not sure if they succeeded but im sure theres alot more jewish repubs now then before.

Also they say that its the republicans that held the country together (lincoln) while the democrat traitors tried to break out (yes i am aware how stupid this sounds but this is real arguments ive heard from repubs)

Now this must be awkward for all the real racist repubs, and the ones that still believe in the good ol' south, but still i think this is some try to get the jewish/black vote. And we shouldnt act like this will blow away, we should immediately start to counter these silly but very insulting arguments.

It might be nothing now but once Rush and Co repeated this mantra enough they WILL have gained votes on it
