If you think so, I can set up an escrow account and we can have a friendly wager

In the history books! The same place Bush will roast, the history books! Same place Hitler and the Nazis are roasting, the history books! Same place Il Duce is roasting!
How can anyone in America still afford to bet anything? Unless, they got one of Bush's big tax cuts...

5. Sorry I can't bet on history |

However, again, if you would like to back up you statement that "Tony's toast" with its obvious implication that Blair will, in some way, not be the PM of the new government, I will be happy to accommodate you. Let me know. It's quite quick and easy to set up an account into which we can both place our wagers.
And yes, I did indeed benefit from Bush's tax cuts, as did many people on DU (if you are to believe their stated occupations). So, perhaps we can arrange where I include that benefit in wager.

You would know that the UK uses paper ballots. However, there is some controversy regarding mail-in votes.

10. It's not how you vote, it's how you count the votes that makes the |

difference, when you're dealing with crooks and crooked elections. Do you know if Tony has the fix in?

You made a statement, back it up. If not, at least have the guts to say so.

Be careful my friend. Besides, you're the one whining!
EDIT BTW my exchange with you is over as of right now. A waste of time!

12. I certainly would not want to attack anyone who |
|
Makes a statement that is completely contrary to the situation and then when called on it invokes "history" and then runs away.
And, I'm not your friend.
