Banned on AOL?
I just got an email from a buddy who tells me he can't get to my web site from his AOL account any more. Every time he tries, he gets bounced out. If somebody else is using AOL to web browse could you check this and get back to me? The URL is http://www.mahablog.com

3. OK, thanks.
I'm getting paranoid, for some reason. I'll tell my buddy to fix his link.

4. Worked fine for me, too
I'm on a slow dial-up, so it took a while to load, but it worked fine. And I'm only on AOL 8.0 -- haven't moved on to 9.0 yet.

I've found that AOL does sometimes take a bit longer -- whatever its filters may be, who knows, I'm computer illiterate too -- but patience has its rewards.

5. Ask him if he's trying
from home or work. If he's downloaded AOL to his PC at work, it might be their firewall. At least that's what it turned out to be in my sister's case when she tried to access the site I built for her from work.

What kind of errors is he getting? If he's getting wierd error pages, like from someone else's site, he might be browser-hijacked and should use AdAware.
