6. The war is most definitely happening, nothing alleged about....
...the war in Iraq. As for alleged insurgents, I suppose that's just another way the military has for explaining attacks against anything that moves around U.S. troops.

We spent 10 years or so in Vietnam which never became more than a conflict, even though a little more than 50,000 Americans died in this conflict.
