2. More than Sad

It makes my blood boil. Most of the comments are completely racist -- the posters don't even try to disguise that fact.

I was a bad boy last week and registered at Free Republic to post some opposing viewpoints. In response to a post about praying for Bush, I agreed that we should be praying for God to forgive him for sending so many people to their deaths in Iraq for no reason. My post was deleted and my privileged revoked in less than five minutes.

But attacking a teenage girl because of her race? That's just fine by them.

Thats one factor. They are racist assholes, granted. But a lot of what I saw in this thread was their anger at her refusal to be indoctrinated.

The thing that really pissed me off was that these people are the same ones who, when defending the pledge, say "If you don't like it, don't say it".
But it looks as though people are being forced to say it and at least stand for it.

One post there summed it up:
Opt out of the pledge? How about opt out of public schools instead?


These people are racist, classist hypocritical double-talking motherfuckers.
