How can we vote for ANY of these candidates?
I mean, Bush has got to go of course, but NONE of the dem candidates are perfect! Should we vote for the most perfect one, or the least imperfect one? Has anybody heard whether or not Jesus hisself is going to announce? Oh wait, the hurricane hit after Pat Robertson commanded god to turn it away, so I guess he's dead (Jod/Gesus that is, not Pit-Pat). Can I get any more cynical before next November?

1. You will never find a perfect candidate, so don't bother.
Just find the one whose platform suits you the best, and support him/her with monetary contributions.

As far as next November is concerned, let me quote Frank Zappa:

"I don't think that I've gotten more cynical as I've gotten older, I've just got more evidence to back up my cynicism."

19. Movin to Montana soon
Gonna be a dental floss tycoon....Watch out where the huskies go and dont you eat that yellow snow....I will name my kids Weasil and Moon Unit. I agree with you on your idea on platforms, and I loved Zappa. But quoting Zappa as a political gura is bogus..lol sorry Koolzip.

P.S. "Only thirteen and she knows how to nasty" "Gonne make her do a nasty on the white house lawn"....Zappa and the Mothers of invention

2. I will vote for the democratic nominee
no matter who, but in the primaries I'm supporting an anti-Iraqi War candidate--period. Now it sounds like Gen. Clark is clarifying that he "probably" would have supported the Iraqi resolution. This bothers me. Then he also says he "probably" voted for Nixon and Reagan--fine, people have a right to change. But at least Lieberman always supported and voted Democratic candidates for president.

10. Isn't that hilarious?

Clark says he "probably" voted for Nixon and Reagan! Does he not remember? I think he does. I'll vote for the Democratic nominee as well. Anyone who can get der furher and his cronies out of office before we all go up in a gigantic ball of flame (or should I say blame?) re: Beneath the Planet of the Apes -- however, my commitment does not apply to Lieberman.

on edit: added "of" to the phrase "out of office." Had surgery today and boy, the kolonopin is really kickin in! Aren't drugs wonderful?

7. I disagree
I believe if I try really, really hard -- like The Little Engine That Could -- I can one day become much more cynical. My interpretation of what you're saying is "How much more cynical can you get? The answer is 'None. None more cynical." BTW, what is "this"? Are you referring to the election or the hurricane?

4. LOL!
I think it will calm down some once the Democratic candidate is selected. Until then - grab on to yer ass and hang on!!

I'm a cynic too but after the last 2 days of unadulterated nonsense and bullshit I've seen with candidate bashing I'm starting to have a few giggles at some of the stuff I see. Maybe my mind has snapped or I'm assimilating. I'm convinced there are a lot of people running loose here that need their medications adjusted.

:hi:

9. I'm only trollin' for you, babe!
And now that you've replied to my post I'm completely satisfied. I use only non-conservative bodywash and shampoo; BTW, I am the official "dirty liberal black sheep" of my family, as well. And personally, the only candidate I truly dislike is Smokey Joe. I wanted to vote Carter in '84, Cuomo in '88 (after witnessing their amazing keynote addresses at the DNC those years). Oh well, what to do?

8. There are only four that are unacceptable
and their poll numbers reflect that!

Those that voted for the war in Iraq have political leprosy, and they have no one to blame but themselves.

12. Isn't that called "negative voting" or somesuch?
And I'm with you 100 percent! (except in the case of Smokey Joe -- maybe I should say 99.999999 percent?)

18. Now that is totally uncalled for!
Thank you, however for helping to quench my desperate lust for attention... I never got it from my father and my mother just yelled at and beat the shit out of me (only when she was drunk, though)

sincerely,
George W . Bush

20. Lets face it, Bush and the Pubs who control him are a CANCER to America
and the World. The biopsy results are IN ans its not good. He is malignant and a fast spreading one at that.

He is not a "Builder", more like a "Destroyer". The malignancy is spreading via the brainwashing by the Pubs for the past 20 years or so.

Either we vote the tumor out next year or we let it spread even more.

Come, we find the surgeons.

This is a no brainer. The tumor must go.
